Contact Lens Exams
In addition to eye exams, our eye doctor will also conduct contact lens exams to determine if contact lenses are a good fit for you. We can help determine if regular contact lenses will be a good option for your vision disorder, or if you need specialty lenses to correct your vision. Such lenses include scleral lenses, which fit over the entirety of the eye, gas-permeable lenses which can help dry eyes, and hybrid lenses which combine rigid lenses and soft lenses! In addition, all contact lenses must have a prescription, which Dr. Holcomb can help provide.
LASIK Surgery Consultation
If you do not wish to wear eyeglasses or contact lenses for the remainder of your life, LASIK surgery is also a good treatment option. We will provide a LASIK surgery consult to help ensure you are getting the treatment you need and the best care possible if you need eye surgery. Our consultation team will prepare you for your surgery and answer any questions about the procedure, or pre-operative questions, and provide follow-up care. Follow-up care is critical to determine if the surgery was a success, or if another treatment is needed to improve your vision.
